This plan includes the core workbook, resource guide and theme notes specific to developing a complete Business Model. This is complemented by email and phone support.
The Basic Plan is aimed at individuals or teams that are operating a business or will be shortly. It includes guide notes for all 7 core themes and provides access to members' only forums to discuss topics relevant to each one.
The Pro Plan is our core offer and includes additional resources to assist teams to conduct effective review and planning. Included are the most important frameworks identified to enable your company to improve and streamline operations. In addition, premium content such as specialist reports, book reviews, and interviews are included in this plan.
The Premium Plan provides extended frameworks and exclusive content principally focused on businesses that are working on broader programs or business change. We research topics related to business transformation and how organisations must adapt. Some of these reports are available for individual purchase by other plan members.
All plans also provide access to additional services that are likely to be required by our customers from time to time. This includes access to high quality pay as you go specialist courses and other services that have been carefully selected to provide high value contribution to the development of a company. Customers often ask for an 'accountability' program to encourage them to make the most of the 360 review and planning process. To this end we have made available group webinars/check-ins. Additionally we have a small number of slots for 1:1 check-ins. In all cases we recommend that customers keep up to date with their 360 review and planning process in order to make best use of those sessions.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND OTHER PAYMENTS
All plans are priced for annual in-advance payment. Monthly payment options are given at checkout. Customers may upgrade at any time. In such a case, a prorata credit will be given for the outstanding subscription and the upgrade amount for a new annual contract will be requested. You may also downgrade your membership at the conclusion of your membership period. Simply contact our support team before you are billed for renewal.
